GBWas impressed with how fast I started… Was impressed with how fast I started receiving my system components. Read instructions. Receiving battery charger for the batteries to charge fully like it is recommended. When I opened charger the bottom of box was damaged. Little feet for charger was pushed through bottom of packaging. There was no additional attachments to hook up to battery. Charger is useless. Let's see what happens with this. Because now I can't even start to set up system.

GBQuick and easy ordering process Quick and easy ordering process. Had a small issue with a cosmetic defect on the charge controller. Looked as if it was dropped from the supplier. Box had no damage but corner of controller was dented. SSK offered an acceptable partial refund. The damage did not affect operation at all. Any installation questions answered quickly. Would and will use SSK in the future.

GBGood customer service I had to contact customer service after I needed some help on expanding the system I bought previously. They were very helpful and went to a great length to accomodate me. I would have given 5 stars, except for the chatfunction on the site. If you need help, use the phonenumber! The chatfunction only collects contact info and then ends the chat, so don't bother with that.

GBWell done!! I was super impressed that you have kept digital records of my previous purchases. They were right there when I opened up the learning kit today. You also have done a good job of organizing this kit. It's hard for me to believe that after this I couldn't set up a system myself. And I DO respect your advice to use a pro when getting to certain stages.
