excellent customer service I ordered a kit with a 12 volt inverter and realized after I ordered that the kit would be significantly improved using a 24 volt inverter. No problem. The company worked out an exchange directly with the importer and exchanged the 12 volt machine with no additional cost to me at all. Above and beyond in my opinion. Great job.

Off grid power… I like that you can order a whole kit or by the piece. They even suggest a kit with everything you need per your application. Solar panels, wiring, batteries and all in one charger/inverter which is installed in my 8x8 tool shed. Works great!

Excellent experience with Shop Solar. My experience with Shop Solar has been excellent. Before the sales, they answered all my questions to assure that I got want I needed. After the sales they continued to support me with answers and help. I had a warranty issue with a unit, and it was handled as good as possible. I would recommend them to anyone looking to go solar.
