GBLarge LifePo4 Battery This review is regarding a purchase of a Kong Elite Max Battery 19 kWh. Shop Solar sent me a Kong battery instead and tried to hide it by turning off the digital Ah display and changed the label. If you bought one and on the status page of the digital display the Ah display and cycle counter are turned off this likely happened to you as well. The Kong provides only about 60% of the power of the Kong Elite Max, big price difference too. This was obviously intentional; the representative I contacted was evasive and repeatedly lied, was clearly aware of this practice. I did a review on Shop Solar but they removed it.

GBOff grid power… I like that you can order a whole kit or by the piece. They even suggest a kit with everything you need per your application. Solar panels, wiring, batteries and all in one charger/inverter which is installed in my 8x8 tool shed. Works great!

GBYou folks have great prices and the… You folks have great prices and the sales people seem knowledgeable as well as friendly. However, your phone system seems clunky for a company selling high tech stuff. It's hard to understand the options sometimes and the wait times are long ( maybe growing pain problems). Other than that,great company to deal with. Looking forward to buying more neat stuff as finances permit. 😁

GBThe app doesn't work with my Delta Max… The app doesn't work with my Delta Max 2, complained about it and got several emails. but still haven't found a solution to the problem. The old app worked fine but this new one is buggy. Found several articles online about others unable to install this poor app. Asked for the old app but still haven't gotten a reply.
