GBHorrible experience Website never works. Sunnova bills for services that are not used. Thieves!!!! Very disorganized. Will try my best to convince my neighborhood to terminate this contract.

GBTrinity Solar did a great job… Trinity Solar did a great job installing, my rep Keith Townsend did great job explaining workings of system and contract. The solar leasing that I selected is great. The only poor part of entire package is the Sunnova App for tracking production... it does not give much info to homeowner.

GBSunnova Champion of Inept Companys The only people that like Sunnova are the ones who never really dealt with Sunnova. I had 10 defective solar panels replaced out of 13 in last 7 years. The waiting and begging time for repacements was up to a year and a half. Received a letter from their head counsel regarding breach of contract and she was only quoting the wrong section of the agreement. Buying the completely over priced system now and they can barely keep track of my pay off funds. My belief (along with thousands of others I believe) is that Sunnove is the most inept company on the face of the earth.

PRMy unique experience I have had a very good experience. Not only because I have seen savings on my electricity bill, but because my worries about "if the power goes out" have completely disappeared. The Company is constantly checking on how I am doing with the equipment; also, offering guidance on issues related to the system and ensuring that it is working perfectly. Lastly, the Company takes quality, service, and customer satisfaction very seriously.
