All we asked for was one small bag to finish the job. The contact was cordial enough, but they wanted pictures to prove...I'm not sure what. We had to go buy the extra parts that we needed. We have just started using the generator and solar panels. So for they are working well.

Fast shipment, bad customer service The equipment looks great and was shipped well, arrived on time, but we can't seem to get ahold of anyone at customer service for technical questions. My husband has been trying all week, on hold for hours, has a case number and they haven't emailed or called back at all. He just has to keep calling to see if he can get through, and no far no luck. So we can't tell if this stuff works yet since he's still trying to get it hooked up.
