The staff was friendly and helpful… The staff was friendly and helpful since I had no former knowledge of solar. Fortunately, my husband could understand and install it. I have just tried things out at home because of cold and rainy weather. We ran the refrigerator all night and the batteries were up to 100% by 8:00. The heater can be run for short periods, which works fine for me. We’ll see how the summer progresses.

Panels arrived on time Panels arrived on time, good quality sturdy. Works as expected. Perfect for my curved teardrop trailer roof.

After reading nothing but bad reviews After reading nothing but bad reviews, I decided to take a chance and see what I could make of your product. Most of the people's issues were either from those with no technical background or ones with was to much. I found the 3500w hybrid inverter to be relatively easy to set up and with a little research on my batteries, setup was fast and simple.

Samal purchase and generally good. Samal purchase and generally good. Would have received 5 stars but shipping needs some help. The item evidently went out UPS but then ends up being dropped at the local Post Office who then returns package. Need to ship direct to physical address which I requested on prior orders.

customer service customer service! I called and spoke with the tech department several times. 1. I could talk to a person, 2. they were knowledgeable about the products, 3. they wanted to give me the information I was seeking. I am a fan of Renogy!
