Happy Customer. Product direction were ok but not great. Had to watch some videos to learn how the equipment works and sets up. I am a first timer and able to handle and installing equipment. All the equipment works as intended and seems to be good quality. I would buy again and it system seems to working as intended. Blue Tooth app and usage a real plus to system.

Most of the people's issues were either from those with no technical background or ones with was to much. I found the 3500w hybrid inverter to be relatively easy to set up and with a little research on my batteries, setup was fast and simple.

Just returned from an overland trip… Just returned from an overland trip where I used this product to plug in my 12 volt refrigerator. Rough roads and mid 90s day time temps and the inverter had no issues. Great product and I definitely recommend for off-grid use!

The item evidently went out UPS but then ends up being dropped at the local Post Office who then returns package. Need to ship direct to physical address which I requested on prior orders.

Many calls. No help. I've been in dire need of help with my system for months and no one is willing to help. I've made numerous fruitless calls to the help center. I've tried explaining over and over again that the system isn't functioning properly and I keep getting the runaround from everyone. Renogy is more interested in keeping me quiet than assisting me with the issues I'm having with my unit.
