I bought a shunt 300 I bought a shunt 300. You people need to do more research on how to make these work correctly. It does not show recharge. You have to manually update it every time that stupid. It sucks. How dare you? We have decided to stop purchasing energy products and find another company. We are not pleased with anything we have purchased from you.

Great value, quality, and support I needed a lot of guidance as I’m new to solar energy. Everyone at Renogy was friendly and helpful while I asked my questions. I’ve now moved from their starter kit to a bigger setup and I’ve been impressed with the ease of installation and level of support.

Resolved problem with one email. Their items are complex and usually require additional information so I used their email process. They responded within a day or two with an immediate solution. Shipped the no-charge replacement part and the problem was resolved in a reasonable time. Third time I have worked with customer service, every issue resolved, it just won't happen overnight.

Terrible customer service Got product quickly but it failed within two months of using it. Customer service is terrible said they would ship new item which I have never received and it has not been shipped! One month later

The staff was friendly and helpful… The staff was friendly and helpful since I had no former knowledge of solar. Fortunately, my husband could understand and install it. I have just tried things out at home because of cold and rainy weather. We ran the refrigerator all night and the batteries were up to 100% by 8:00. The heater can be run for short periods, which works fine for me. We’ll see how the summer progresses.
