Fast shipment, bad customer service The equipment looks great and was shipped well, arrived on time, but we can't seem to get ahold of anyone at customer service for technical questions. My husband has been trying all week, on hold for hours, has a case number and they haven't emailed or called back at all. He just has to keep calling to see if he can get through, and no far no luck. So we can't tell if this stuff works yet since he's still trying to get it hooked up.

Many calls. No help. I've been in dire need of help with my system for months and no one is willing to help. I've made numerous fruitless calls to the help center. I've tried explaining over and over again that the system isn't functioning properly and I keep getting the runaround from everyone. Renogy is more interested in keeping me quiet than assisting me with the issues I'm having with my unit.

Just returned from an overland trip… Just returned from an overland trip where I used this product to plug in my 12 volt refrigerator. Rough roads and mid 90s day time temps and the inverter had no issues. Great product and I definitely recommend for off-grid use!

The item evidently went out UPS but then ends up being dropped at the local Post Office who then returns package. Need to ship direct to physical address which I requested on prior orders.
