GBHappy Customer. Product direction were ok but not great. Had to watch some videos to learn how the equipment works and sets up. I am a first timer and able to handle and installing equipment. All the equipment works as intended and seems to be good quality. I would buy again and it system seems to working as intended. Blue Tooth app and usage a real plus to system.

GBMany calls. No help. I've been in dire need of help with my system for months and no one is willing to help. I've made numerous fruitless calls to the help center. I've tried explaining over and over again that the system isn't functioning properly and I keep getting the runaround from everyone. Renogy is more interested in keeping me quiet than assisting me with the issues I'm having with my unit.

GBResolved problem with one email. Their items are complex and usually require additional information so I used their email process. They responded within a day or two with an immediate solution. Shipped the no-charge replacement part and the problem was resolved in a reasonable time. Third time I have worked with customer service, every issue resolved, it just won't happen overnight.

GBcustomer service customer service! I called and spoke with the tech department several times. 1. I could talk to a person, 2. they were knowledgeable about the products, 3. they wanted to give me the information I was seeking. I am a fan of Renogy!
