Everything was installed easy breezy Everything was installed easy breezy! My solar payment covered my whole utility bill like they said it would. I have had several questions since after it was put on my roof and the guy is usually quick to respond to my text. The city took 2 weeks for permission to operate but thats the city for you! The actual installation on my roof took 5 weeks, then 2 weeks before they were running. The panels look nice too.

Installation Error and High Bills They installed solar panels on the north side of my home because the installer thought it would be easier. I contacted them and was told it was too late and I would have to pay them again to move the panels. The entire point of getting solar panels is that our electricity bills would be lower. Our electricity bills have remained the same as energy prices have increased and the panels are not facing the sun. Now we pay for electricity and solar panels which comes to approximately double what we were paying before the installation.

Great company explain everything well… Great company explain everything well and answered all questions. Always haf a point of contact through email or text and was helped every time. After install no issues so far.

Down 95% of the time...YAY! We had our system installed in November 2017 and the system has been down nearly the entire time. We have produced power only 17 days since install...an astounding 95% failure rate. The installers have been back to our house at least a half dozen times to "repair" the system including replacing the inverter panels with completely new ones. I am thoroughly disappointed with the entire process and wish I would not have made the SUBSTANTIAL investment.

Craig Christianson and Team Provide Great Customer Service Craig Christianson has provided excellent customer service via status reports as well as answering our questions. I am impresses with his professionalism, knowledge and interest in meeting our needs. The work completed by other members of the Encore Solar Team has been very responsive in moving our project through the required steps. I am impressed with the efficiency demonstrated.
