I have had several questions since after it was put on my roof and the guy is usually quick to respond to my text. The city took 2 weeks for permission to operate but thats the city for you! The actual installation on my roof took 5 weeks, then 2 weeks before they were running. The panels look nice too.

Prior to the sale Encor provided a… Prior to the sale Encor provided a wealth of good information, and worked hard to earn my business by offering a highly competitive price. However, after the sale I found I was frustrated by the lack of information about the installation, activation of the system, etc. Had it not been for the installation company stepping in to keep me informed I would have been much in the dark. Pre-sale, I give Encor a 5, but factoring in the post sale I would say they should work on their communication.

Down 95% of the time...YAY! We had our system installed in November 2017 and the system has been down nearly the entire time. We have produced power only 17 days since install...an astounding 95% failure rate. The installers have been back to our house at least a half dozen times to "repair" the system including replacing the inverter panels with completely new ones. I am thoroughly disappointed with the entire process and wish I would not have made the SUBSTANTIAL investment.

I am new to solar power I am new to solar power, but so far this experience has been effortless on my part and has saved energy over the past few months. My house is always in the top ten in the neighborhood when the electric company runs their energy efficient homes ratings. So far I am very pleased with solar power.
