She was very polite and informative so we scheduled a meeting with Technician Erik Koob. He was great in helping us understand how solar worked and walked us through the whole process. When they change their, it's a bad sign They changed their name to hide the terrible management feedback. The Austin manager is terrible. No feedback, all ego. Buyer beware and don't say you weren't warned when the job never gets installed. Call the manager in Austin - Dave. He will tell you how cool he is and how great the company, then forget why you called. Joke.

Everything was installed easy breezy Everything was installed easy breezy! My solar payment covered my whole utility bill like they said it would. I have had several questions since after it was put on my roof and the guy is usually quick to respond to my text. The city took 2 weeks for permission to operate but thats the city for you! The actual installation on my roof took 5 weeks, then 2 weeks before they were running. The panels look nice too.
