GBConfused I found the salesman George kind of confusing. He didn’t really start with information about the solar system. He was more interested in talking about the future possibilities and his work with WAPA and FERC and about establishing a CCA. Really over my head and didn’t get a good feel for the system. In the end I went with another company.

GBI am new to solar power I am new to solar power, but so far this experience has been effortless on my part and has saved energy over the past few months. My house is always in the top ten in the neighborhood when the electric company runs their energy efficient homes ratings. So far I am very pleased with solar power.

GBEncor Solar had a great package deal… Encor Solar had a great package deal that I was sold on. Everything was explained very well. Things moved fairly smooth, it does take a while for everything to be put on from the new meter to the panels and power being run, but that's to be expected. I believe that Encor actually under sold how many panels I needed so after the initial panels were placed up I decided I needed 4 more to be on the safe side. That's when my issue started. It was like pulling teeth to get them to come back out and place 4 more panels. Week after week I would call and be told they would be coming out soon and then I would hear nothing so I would call again and again and again. I finally got in touch with someone up high in the ranks and still took another week to get some answers. To me it seems once I bought the original panels I was hooked and then after it didn't seem like they cared. So for all the initial stuff I give 4 stars, but after I would only give 2 stars

GBDown 95% of the time...YAY! We had our system installed in November 2017 and the system has been down nearly the entire time. We have produced power only 17 days since install...an astounding 95% failure rate. The installers have been back to our house at least a half dozen times to "repair" the system including replacing the inverter panels with completely new ones. I am thoroughly disappointed with the entire process and wish I would not have made the SUBSTANTIAL investment.
