These guys are fantastic! Encore has made going solar incredibly easy! From the first person who knocked on our door to the system up and running, it has been nothing but a pleasure. I'm sorry that I can't remember the first persons name, he was great, friendly, funny, knowledgeable, just a good person. Or representative, Eric Koob, has been fantastic, keeps on top of things, shares information, again, a great experience. I've been wanting to go solar for years, but working with Encore has made even better than I'd hoped!

I am impresses with his professionalism, knowledge and interest in meeting our needs. The work completed by other members of the Encore Solar Team has been very responsive in moving our project through the required steps. I am impressed with the efficiency demonstrated. Everything was installed easy breezy Everything was installed easy breezy! My solar payment covered my whole utility bill like they said it would. I have had several questions since after it was put on my roof and the guy is usually quick to respond to my text. The city took 2 weeks for permission to operate but thats the city for you! The actual installation on my roof took 5 weeks, then 2 weeks before they were running. The panels look nice too.

Encor installed in about 3 weeks! Encor installed in about 3 weeks as they told me. Panels look nice and it covers my power needs! I opted not to get a battery as Nate advised. I have a generator anyway so I dont really need it. I have had them up about 6 months now with no issues!
