GBSunwave unilaterally cancels contracts Sunwave is unilaterally cancelling electrical power contracts in the ISO-NE region. My contract was supposed to go through November 2023, but now (Feb 3, 2022) turned over to non-solar, non-renewable local utility. Sunwave is blaming COVID, which makes no sense....

GBJust another power company We are fortunate in Connecticut to have a choice when it comes to determining who generates the electric power we use. When my current contract expired Sunwave gas+power was my lowest cost option for power generation for the next six months. After my contract expires I'll stay with them as long as they are the lowest cost supplier available, if not I'll switch again.

GBI keep coming back to Sunwave I've shopped for power for the past 5-6 years. There are a lot of offers out there that report cheaper prices, but every time I examine them past the hype page I find the hidden up front costs and/or first time buyers time limit before the low price jumps to a higher price. Sunwave is always consistent with straight forward pricing. I still shop around... but I keep coming back to Sunwave. SN

GBI guess my experience was okay with… I guess my experience was okay with this company, because everything went usually, unless support team, they do not really like when phone rings.

GBGot rejected due to "load factor"… Got rejected due to "load factor" apparently only 30% qualify yet they make no mention of this except in the fine print that no one ever reads. Deceptive and a waste of time filling out the information for this offer.
