CAPoor service - stay way Their sales rep con you into long term rental agreements, then when you call and make a service appointment, they don't even bother to show up or call you back or anything. Poor service all around. Stay away from this company!!

GBThey just walked away from our… They just walked away from our contracts. This is awful. We have to find new providers with a possible war with Russia. Run away these people fast and do not look back. Maybe someone from Sunwave can call me and we will not sue and go after the directors if there is fraud

GBJust another power company We are fortunate in Connecticut to have a choice when it comes to determining who generates the electric power we use. When my current contract expired Sunwave gas+power was my lowest cost option for power generation for the next six months. After my contract expires I'll stay with them as long as they are the lowest cost supplier available, if not I'll switch again.

GBSunwave Has great customer service Sunwave has been great to work with. They make the electrical distribution charges very understandable. And they also tell you that as long as you stay with sunwave you can transfer ito cheaper rates at any time without paying termination fees. The customer service people who speak with you on the phone are very nice.

GBLow rates even after renewal.… After my contract with another power provider expired, they immediately jacked up the kw cost higher then what my electric company charged. I did an online search and found sunwave. The transition was smooth & i was saving over 25% on the supply charge on my electric bill. My contract is set to expire but i agreed to a renewal with sunwave because they were still a lot lower tha my electric company.
