GBBeware....! Initial rates were OK, but be very careful if you're considering these guys. There was no notice at the end of my 4 month term at which time Sunwave automatically put me into a much higher rate plan and locked me in for 8 months. When I tried to move my service to a more reasonable provider they threatened to charge me a $50 early cancellation fee, even though I completed my originally agreed upon term and never agreed to the new term. When I called them to discuss they were unsympathetic, rude and stuck to the $50 charge. Looks like I just learned a $50 lesson. That lesson, "Don't use Sunwave Gas & Power...!"

GBLow rates even after renewal.… After my contract with another power provider expired, they immediately jacked up the kw cost higher then what my electric company charged. I did an online search and found sunwave. The transition was smooth & i was saving over 25% on the supply charge on my electric bill. My contract is set to expire but i agreed to a renewal with sunwave because they were still a lot lower tha my electric company.

GBLower Electrical Rates The cost of electrical bills are higher during the colder months and Sunwave helps customers save money. Not only do i save money thru the winter season, I save money all year long. Sunwave let the customers know when their terms are about to expire so that there are no surprises, such as, charging rates that are through the roof. I've dealt with more than 10 different energy suppliers, and I am very happy with Sunwave rates.

GBSunwave unilaterally cancels contracts Sunwave is unilaterally cancelling electrical power contracts in the ISO-NE region. My contract was supposed to go through November 2023, but now (Feb 3, 2022) turned over to non-solar, non-renewable local utility. Sunwave is blaming COVID, which makes no sense....

GBI am a customer of sun wave and wanted … I am a customer of sun wave and wanted to renew with them. I received a letter from them explaining that I could contact customer service to renew. I contacted customer service and asked them to renew at the rate on the website. I received a response saying I could go on the website and renew it myself. Went on the website and renewed. Then I received conformation that my new rate would not start for another month. So I emailed customer service to ask them why if I am a customer already ,why do I have to skip a month? That was over a week ago and have not gotten a reply. In my opinion it's seems like customer service doesn't want to be bothered.
