GBIt started out great It started out great! Great sales person, answered all our questions. Installation was good, technicians were very courteous and careful. That’s where it ended being good and went to terrible. Our system which includes solar panels and batteries has not worked correctly in 2 months, it was installed in December, it is now February. Customer Service is unresponsive. We are so disappointed and frustrated.

GBPoor warranty service response System installed in 2019, now need to have the SolarEdge inverter replaced as a warranty service. Semper Solaris isn't interested in performing warranty service. They had rather rake in thousands installing new systems, over hundreds doing warranty work. SolarEdge was responsive and had the warranty inverter shipped directly to me within a few days. Now weeks later, cannot get Semper Solaris to respond. SolarEdge is now going to try Sunnova, hope they are better. As a follow up I will say that working with SunNova was an efficient and enjoyable experience. The communicated well, scheduled my warranty service promptly and performed the work in a professional manner. I wish I had purchased my system from SunNova instead of Semper Solaris.

GBThis company is a scam 100% through and… This company is a scam 100% through and through. The owners sucker veterans into doing business and really ruin their lives in the process. Systems never work, constant problems and the owners Kelly Shawhan and John Almond don't care at all. They are pure scum.

GBI got my system installed in July 2022 I got my system installed in July 2022. Ever since then I have had nothing but issues. They have came out 7 times since installation and still is not fixed. I would run away from this company as fast as possible. They are not worth the money at all. Just go look at the BBB complaints and you will understand how bad they are.

GBThe Stuff of Nightmares - RUN AWAY This is a very brief summary of the 10 month long nightmare I experienced with this company. - They don't have access to batteries less than 6 months out and will lie about availability to make the sale - They will schedule installation dates with full knowledge they don't have anything available to install and repeatedly reschedule at the last minute in an attempt to cover for themselves. - They don't read the notes from failed code inspections, don't fix the problems multiple times, and lie about what's wrong. - They don't know the electrical code in California and will lie about local code having changed to cover for it. - They don't know the SGIP process or requirements and will get it wrong. - They refuse to provide their legally required contractor's bond information when repeatedly asked for it.
