Genevieve was outstanding!! Genevieve was outstanding to deal with. She helped me and my husband compare her quote with the quotes we got from another company. She gave us her honest opinions and was able to answer our questions about financing options etc. She was very attentive, responsive and friendly. Trevor was our coordinator and he was sure the install went smoothly and was done correctly. Semper Solaris is wonderful and I would recommend them to anyone in the market for solar panels.

Excellent! Excellent! My solar ground mount looks great and although it took awhile to be completed because the County of SD is very slow; we are happy. The crew was gentle when working around my wife's plants and garden which we very much appreciated. We worked with Rhami during the sales process and he was informative and always available to us which made us feel in good hands. Thank you Rhami! Our scheduler Billie called us to see what days worked best for us and answered our questions. She was very nice on the phone. Pricing, product, customer service and execution were all great. Highly recommend Semper Solaris!

Don't trust their monitoring company need to add to the long list of bad reviews. Purchased system about 5 years ago from Semper Solaris. Worked fine till about 2months ago we received an mail from solar edge to inform us that the inverter is not working and we need to confirm address so they can send us item, as soon as I receive item to let them know so they can schedule installation. So I did! SUNNOVA scheduled my appointment for 11/21 at 1:32 pm 4 days ago. Today here I am, took day off from everything waiting for them, when at 10am I received a new email saying that my appointment is scheduled for 11/27 @ 9:43am. I called everyone and sent email to solar edge, they do not know what is going on and can't promise someone will come today.. I calked Semper Solaris, who had the guts to tell me that I SHOULD CK SYSTEM WEEKLY!!!! really? You pay for service but you need to do the work? 1 MONTH TO SEE THAT INVERTER IS NOT WORKING???? REALLY?? Really upsetting, but I see a lot of people here have similar issues.. Is SEMPER SOLARIS a SCAM?????? If they would be a reputable company they won't rely on scam monitoring company....

It started out great It started out great! Great sales person, answered all our questions. Installation was good, technicians were very courteous and careful. That’s where it ended being good and went to terrible. Our system which includes solar panels and batteries has not worked correctly in 2 months, it was installed in December, it is now February. Customer Service is unresponsive. We are so disappointed and frustrated.

Had my solar installed with Semper… Had my solar installed with Semper Solaris and I am very pleased with the whole experience. My installer was Robert Cassidy and he was great. He answered all my questions and put everything into laymans terms so that I could understand it all. Highly recommend!
