This company is a scam 100% through and… This company is a scam 100% through and through. The owners sucker veterans into doing business and really ruin their lives in the process. Systems never work, constant problems and the owners Kelly Shawhan and John Almond don't care at all. They are pure scum.

Poor performance and deceiving company Every experience with this company was awful. I initially install with them, now wanted to upgrade, and I never can get same answer. I am so sorry I install system through them. They are unprofessional, unreliable, and all negative reviews about them are true. Go with someone else, or you will e in hell experiencing worst of all of them with impossible performance and reliability. Oh and by the way they false advertise they are upgrading to IQ8 micro inverters, I hope someone will sue them for false advertisement.

Every step of the way were mistakes… Every step of the way were mistakes and mishandling of the project, right up until the very end. FIRST, the turnover of employees is fascinating, literally I was called on the Wednesday before the project was to start by the supervisor, and on Monday was told that he was let go. I had roof leaks after they finished the roof part, prior to the solar install, dishonest answers to most questions, employee’s working 1 1/2 - 2 hour days in the beginning. Changes to the layout of the solar panels and batteries so many times that I could hardly keep track. All the way up to the end when they turned on the system and the batteries weren’t working. They didn’t put the fuses in the fuse box. Fortunately I kept a log of the issues ONLY hire this com-any if you have the time to be the supervisor and project manager. Lastly, you won’t find any veterans coming to your house. Everyone from the sales people to the installers and supervisors all said the same thing, They don’t go to the houses, there are only a few veterans in management. Those are direct quotes from employees. I never spoke to a single veteran.

STAY AWAY - They are awful and lie Did not get paperwork in time for NEM 2.0. Contracted in plenty of time to get paperwork in to get under NEM 2.0 and they called and said project was not approved and told me to write a letter to SDG&E and I called instead and was told that Semper Solaris was 3 days late in getting paperwork in. When I called Semper Solaris they admitted and they got paperwork in late and said that there was no way for them to get paperwork done and I would just have to spend another $25k for a battery. I laughed and said I will use a different company. They are a joke.

We are incredibly happy with the… We are incredibly happy with the results and have immediately witnessed the cost savings. We can’t tell you how happy we have been with this entire process. Many many thanks to Roland Obana who’s our sales representative. He went above n beyond n gave us everything we need to know about our Solar System. Outstanding presentation. Also to Mark the lead technician and his crew who installed the System. They both courteous n know exactly what they’re doing. Again, I can’t thank you enough on everything.
