Device not working? We will not help. After 3 years of infrequent use, the Jackery 500 stopped working. After the warranty, so no help (even paid) from the company. But I got a "discount offer" on another piece of equipment... No thanks - I won't spend another $600 on a piece of equipment from a company that blows customers in need ;(.

Buyer beware I loved my Jackery. To be clear, I bought my 500 for emergencies only , so used it a grand total of 4 times. Well, hurricane lee was on its way, so of course I grab my trustee Jackery from the closet . I put it away fully charged . I hit the display button ….nothing . Found that odd so plugged it in . After 24 hours, nothing still . Called customer care. Once they established that it was out of warranty they said there is nothing they can help me with . Then, my favourite part. “You’re in Canada? Well, they don’t typically work well in cold weather” . It’s 79f here . Disappointed , don’t buy from Jackery, if there is a problem, you’ll have a paper weight

Do not buy Jackery generator For weeks, I have been comparing Jackery 3000 Pro plus the extra battery power station with other brands. During that time, needed questions answered and some help. Jackery uses Reliance Controls to source their transfer box, not a good thing. Also, in my many attempts to get a human finally did last night after 8 or 9 calls. Got Nevila, horrible connection, echo, spotty reception and barrel sounding tone. Told her I was missing most of what she was saying so she offered to call back, took my number which they capture the minute you call, we confirmed number and waited for her call back. It never came. Frustrated I called back, dumped into the menu to leave a message. Why does a company keep employees that lie to their potential customers? I was ready to spend $6k with this subpar company and just needed to confirm a couple of quirky details, but they are too busy to answer a couple of questions. They lost a customer and I will let all of my neighbors know to seek their portable generators from a more reputable company. Do not buy from Jackery, they are jack donkeys. Wish I had read these reviews first and saved myself the time I wasted trying to get help prior to buying anything from this lame company. Stay away!!!

Dishonest discount codes. What a shame that they have to be dishonest to get your interest. I went to the website today to buy a 1000 model and was met with the chance to have £150 off if I gave my details, which I did. Only to find out that it cant be used with any other offer and as its Black Friday and EVERYTHING is on offer the voucher is utterly worthless and just a scam to get my details. The rest of the reviews on here should be enough to make you look elsewhere. I will now by from ecoflow or Anger. Thank you Jackery for making it so obvious that you cant be trusted!!!!!!

Jackery has the worst customer service… Jackery has the worst customer service ever. Now they are sitting back as the UK market is flooded with scam and counterfeit Jackery power units. Brand is being destroyed in from tof their eyes and they are doing nothing. Returning my solar panel as I simply do not trust the company.
