GBDo not buy Jackery generator For weeks, I have been comparing Jackery 3000 Pro plus the extra battery power station with other brands. During that time, needed questions answered and some help. Jackery uses Reliance Controls to source their transfer box, not a good thing. Also, in my many attempts to get a human finally did last night after 8 or 9 calls. Got Nevila, horrible connection, echo, spotty reception and barrel sounding tone. Told her I was missing most of what she was saying so she offered to call back, took my number which they capture the minute you call, we confirmed number and waited for her call back. It never came. Frustrated I called back, dumped into the menu to leave a message. Why does a company keep employees that lie to their potential customers? I was ready to spend $6k with this subpar company and just needed to confirm a couple of quirky details, but they are too busy to answer a couple of questions. They lost a customer and I will let all of my neighbors know to seek their portable generators from a more reputable company. Do not buy from Jackery, they are jack donkeys. Wish I had read these reviews first and saved myself the time I wasted trying to get help prior to buying anything from this lame company. Stay away!!!

GBPossibly the second worst company ever Possibly the second worst company ever. Their products are horrible, I purchased 3 solar generators over the past 3 years. 2 out of the 3 either do t work or only half work. They offer a 2 year LIMITED warranty because almost to the day after 2 years the products will stop working. Please avoid at all costs

CAI've had a good experience with Jackery… I've had a good experience with Jackery so I thought I'd leave a positive review. My Jackery has had no problems or issues, and the customer service has been great. My relative unfortunately didn't open their Jackery for months after buying it since they didn't need it right away. When they did, we found that the main power cord was missing. I emailed them and they replied right away to get one out to us without any trouble. I was very happy with that, I think they're a good company.

GBJackery has the worst customer service… Jackery has the worst customer service ever. Now they are sitting back as the UK market is flooded with scam and counterfeit Jackery power units. Brand is being destroyed in from tof their eyes and they are doing nothing. Returning my solar panel as I simply do not trust the company.
