CABuyer beware I loved my Jackery. To be clear, I bought my 500 for emergencies only , so used it a grand total of 4 times. Well, hurricane lee was on its way, so of course I grab my trustee Jackery from the closet . I put it away fully charged . I hit the display button ….nothing . Found that odd so plugged it in . After 24 hours, nothing still . Called customer care. Once they established that it was out of warranty they said there is nothing they can help me with . Then, my favourite part. “You’re in Canada? Well, they don’t typically work well in cold weather” . It’s 79f here . Disappointed , don’t buy from Jackery, if there is a problem, you’ll have a paper weight

GBDo not buy Jackery generator For weeks, I have been comparing Jackery 3000 Pro plus the extra battery power station with other brands. During that time, needed questions answered and some help. Jackery uses Reliance Controls to source their transfer box, not a good thing. Also, in my many attempts to get a human finally did last night after 8 or 9 calls. Got Nevila, horrible connection, echo, spotty reception and barrel sounding tone. Told her I was missing most of what she was saying so she offered to call back, took my number which they capture the minute you call, we confirmed number and waited for her call back. It never came. Frustrated I called back, dumped into the menu to leave a message. Why does a company keep employees that lie to their potential customers? I was ready to spend $6k with this subpar company and just needed to confirm a couple of quirky details, but they are too busy to answer a couple of questions. They lost a customer and I will let all of my neighbors know to seek their portable generators from a more reputable company. Do not buy from Jackery, they are jack donkeys. Wish I had read these reviews first and saved myself the time I wasted trying to get help prior to buying anything from this lame company. Stay away!!!

GBWent onto Jackery website and wanted to… Went onto Jackery website and wanted to see the total for a Jackery 1000 with discount code. The site automatically charge my card on file from previous purchase. Cancelled immediately and sent email from order. Never heard back till the next eeek and customer service said it was already shipped. One representative said it would be delivered, then another said it was returned to the warehouse. The customer service has no clue to what’s going on. They still have not reversed charges. I had to call my credit card company to help resolve their incompetence. Never will I buy another product from Jackery because of the customer service. It’s been over two weeks and nothing!

GBIgnoring Emails/Messages I recently won a Jackery in a VanCity VanLife giveaway. I provided them with all my contact details which they acknowledged. Then nothing, no further contact, I've sent over 10 emails and messages which have all been ignored. I've worked in Customer Services in various capacities for over 35 years and I've never come across a worse service, they simply don't care. Would never buy anything from Jackery regardless how good (or bad) there products are as the backup support is simply non existent.

GBMy Jackery stopped working My Jackery stopped working. I contacted them and was initially told they'd send me a replacement immediately. Then I was then told that they wanted the old one back first. I sent it off and they received it but now they have gone quiet. I have no idea what is happening. I bought through Amazon and the window to return had expired (even though the product is only 2 months old). I will have to try and contact Trading Standards. Confusing and patronising messages from them. I deeply regret choosing Jackery.
