GBbad bad bad bad bad 1st impression excellent. Then. I encountered the terrible after sales from Jackery. I simply asked what solar panel to mount on my van roof to power it. They hammered their cardboard solar panel which doesn't appear fit for purpose mounting on a van roof. They have been completely unhelpful and uninterested it makes me wonder how they can survive. I would strongly advise against buying from Jackery this is definitely the worst company I have encountered in terms of product being fit for purpose and after sales.

CABuyer beware I loved my Jackery. To be clear, I bought my 500 for emergencies only , so used it a grand total of 4 times. Well, hurricane lee was on its way, so of course I grab my trustee Jackery from the closet . I put it away fully charged . I hit the display button ….nothing . Found that odd so plugged it in . After 24 hours, nothing still . Called customer care. Once they established that it was out of warranty they said there is nothing they can help me with . Then, my favourite part. “You’re in Canada? Well, they don’t typically work well in cold weather” . It’s 79f here . Disappointed , don’t buy from Jackery, if there is a problem, you’ll have a paper weight

GBDishonest discount codes. What a shame that they have to be dishonest to get your interest. I went to the website today to buy a 1000 model and was met with the chance to have £150 off if I gave my details, which I did. Only to find out that it cant be used with any other offer and as its Black Friday and EVERYTHING is on offer the voucher is utterly worthless and just a scam to get my details. The rest of the reviews on here should be enough to make you look elsewhere. I will now by from ecoflow or Anger. Thank you Jackery for making it so obvious that you cant be trusted!!!!!!

GBTheir customer service was mediocre at… Their customer service was mediocre at best. I only had a one-email interaction, so I hesitate to think what the support would have been like for a more serious problem. I noticed a typo in their product selection wizard. They wrote the word "Grill" next to an icon of a drill. Jackery discusses grills and drills throughout their site, so it was an understandable mistake. However, in the context of their wizard, I needed to know the answer since I was specifically looking to heat up food. Since their wizard was unusable, I emailed them to ask for advice on my use case. The person who wrote back fixated on the voltage of one particular product and ignored all the other information. Their response was curt, without context, and didn't solve my problem. I can only say that I won't be purchasing their product.

GBDreadful customer service Dreadful customer service. Extended my warranty in retrospect but then refused to honour it. No repair service. Obviously they consider their products "disposable". Bought through Amazon UK, and fulfilled by jackery uk
