CAGood Support but Product is not on par with the competition I ordered a jackery explorer 1500 but quickly after I returned it. The thing is that unlike it's competitors Jackery is still using lithium-ion battery which have a far lower lifespan then lithium-ion battery. Which is why after realising I used the 30 days no question ask to return it. They have started to produce a model using the newer chemistry but they do not sell it in Canada yet. The customer support has been fairly quick and easy to understand. I have shipped back the unit and expect a refund once they get the item. Will increase to 4 stars once the refund has been obtained otherwise it will go down to 1 star.... Received the refund 4 stars

GBNon-existent customer service Non-existent customer service. Stay AWAY! Explorer 2000 Plus Generator only works 2.4 not 5G Wi-Fi. They weren't aware, then when they 'found out' I was told to get the 2.4 wifi. 2.4 was on their app manual and they did not know it. This information is not on their Spec Sheet. When device was scanned kept referring back to 2.4 Wi-Fi, to use it not 5G. They have no ability to upgrade app for modern technology. My newly purchased item was sold non compatible with modern technology. No physical phones that works on the different net sites. Different physical address in the same city. Office hours only 9-5, no weekends or nights. Live 24/7 help is just a generic computer generated response. Getting the running around, is this a franchise and each unit sets its own rules? No one to troubleshoot problems, no follow up from the black hole.

GBMy Jackery stopped working My Jackery stopped working. I contacted them and was initially told they'd send me a replacement immediately. Then I was then told that they wanted the old one back first. I sent it off and they received it but now they have gone quiet. I have no idea what is happening. I bought through Amazon and the window to return had expired (even though the product is only 2 months old). I will have to try and contact Trading Standards. Confusing and patronising messages from them. I deeply regret choosing Jackery.

PLDevice not working? We will not help. After 3 years of infrequent use, the Jackery 500 stopped working. After the warranty, so no help (even paid) from the company. But I got a "discount offer" on another piece of equipment... No thanks - I won't spend another $600 on a piece of equipment from a company that blows customers in need ;(.

GBPossibly the second worst company ever Possibly the second worst company ever. Their products are horrible, I purchased 3 solar generators over the past 3 years. 2 out of the 3 either do t work or only half work. They offer a 2 year LIMITED warranty because almost to the day after 2 years the products will stop working. Please avoid at all costs
