NO PANELS AND STILL PAYING !!!! My panels were removed over three months ago for a new roof to be installed. In three months, when the panels are in my garage, I am still paying as if I have panels on my roof, and the plans for replacing them on my roof are still pending ....

HORRIBLE SERVICE HORRIBLE SERVICE! The elderly owner of a system from SunRun has moved into a care facility. His home is being sold and we want to know the process for transferring the solar system to the next owner, BEFORE we need it, please! Three emails and two voice messages have produced nothing from the "Service Transfer Coordinator," Valentina V. I'm fit to be tied. Google “SunRun, litigation" and see what pops up.

RUN AWAY FROM SUN RUN! For those who are looking to get solars installed, PLEASE DO NOT HIRE SUN RUN! The entire company is a mess! They did not install the underlayment and the tiles back on properly which lead to a leak. The leak caused a lot of water damages to our home in various areas to the point where the bathroom ceiling collapsed! Thankfully no one was hurt. I had to pay out of pocket for an emergency tarp (which btw is not cheap!) because we could not get in contact with Sun Run to come out in a timely manner and repair the damages! This happened early February where we had all those ongoing heavy rainstorms. It's been almost 3 months and we still have not had any repairs done even when an inspector finally came out and had admit fault! We can barely get anyone to pick up our phone calls or even call us back when we leave them voicemails. We write emails to them daily and still barely any help except that "they are working on it and they are escalating the matter..." Our case has been shuffled back and forth between different Sunrun employees/case managers. They don't know what is going on or say the "case manager is out of the office and will return our phone calls," but obviously they do not call back! We have documentation and have photos as proof. We even hire a lawyer to write up a demand letter to fix the repairs and it was sent to their legal counsel, and yet NOTHING! I feel like I've exhausted so many avenues and nothing has been working. Extremely tired, frustrated and stressed on this ongoing matter. I want to make sure no one else has to go through the same situation as us! AVOID SUN RUN AT ALL COSTS!

Just best to avoid this company Just best to avoid this company. It's a micro-managed assembly line outsourced sales nightmare. Anytime a company operates via "customer portal" with the exception of your medical care, don't walk, run. A design, engineering, construction and sales company can't operate like amazon! Breaking off human interaction and creating a web based robotic system to handle customers is ridicules. The entire industry needs to clean up its game. From false and misleading advertising, detrimental financial contracts, bogus promises to 3rd party outsourcing, solar has become a nightmare that 10's of thousands live every day! This company has done its share based on my review and thousands of others its only goal is to take your money and head down the road to the next victim.

Can't get into/open my Electrical Panel!! I am a senior citizen with a recent knee replacememt. Sun run wants me to sign a contract/ send pjctures and a video of the problem! They say I have to pay fo I A SENIOR CITIZEN/ HAVE HAD A RECENT KNEE REPLAXEMENT, I CAN'T ACCESS/OPEN MY ELECTRICAL PANEL SUNRUN WANTS A VIDEO/PICTURES, FOR ME TO SIGN A CONTRACT SAYING I WILL PAY FOR THE TEXCHNICIAN IF HE CAN OPEN THE PANEL. THIA IS A SERIOUS DANGEROUS SITUATION Bright Planet which are the technicians from Bakersfield that SunRun sent to my home were awfull they ripped my electrical panel out and took it. Then installed the incorrect panel and ripped the frame and damaged it! I HAVE TO PRY OPEN THE PANEL WITH A SCREW DRIVER ( Sent wrong picture) I have several pictures also, I can give names of who I had to deal with Sun Run is sending unqualified technicians from Bright Planet, they tried to intimidating tactics.
