GBjobsworths... A really poor experience when attempting to log outgoing and incoming tenants and wanting the meter readings for the void period. The lady was more concerned with being a jobsworth as opposing to being helpful, perhaps explaining why the collective feedback here for anglia water is abysmal.

GBBrilliant customer service today Concern with the water supply after smart meter fitted. Worried about a possible leak (still recovering from one recently indoors), and just before Easter too. Wasn't even sure you could call AW these days but Alison, the CS person I spoke to, couldn't have been lovelier, and two workmen appeared within the hour to sort it out. Digital channels are fine when everything's OK, but sometimes you just need to speak to an Alison.

GBUseless and a rip off Useless and a rip off. Sky high bills and yet again no water supply because they’re digging up the road (again) to supposedly repair the water main that they repaired last year. And so it goes on…

GBShame of you. Ref 63693632 Ref 63693632 Poor response and communication. Engineer due at 8 a.m arrives at 9 a.m. He was due to indentify the problem but instead just handed me an envelope containing information about leaks. They give you 30 days to fix leaks before legal action yet the can’t manage their own leakage crisis along with pumping litres of human excrement in to our rivers and seas. Shame on you

GBWhy are Anglian Water paying to… Why are Anglian Water paying to advertise on TV when we can't choose water company. They should be spending that money on fixing the rivers of thier pollution.
