GBjobsworths... A really poor experience when attempting to log outgoing and incoming tenants and wanting the meter readings for the void period. The lady was more concerned with being a jobsworth as opposing to being helpful, perhaps explaining why the collective feedback here for anglia water is abysmal.

GBAwful service level Anglian Water reference number 25591979 Reported problem with sewer overflowing yesterday. Promised response..2nd May..that’s right 2nd May ! Tried to escalate..sorry can’t help but will call you back in 24 hours. Today the kitchen sink is backing up. My wife and I are 77 and 80 years old respectively. This is a disgraceful service level in anyone’s opinion. We have just received a price increase. How can a company delivering this kind of service continue ? It’s an absolute disgrace.

GBIncredibly bias company to work for Incredibly bias company to work for. It lacks diversity and hence you standout for the wrong reasons. There is definately an underline problem in this organisation of bullying, gang culture and lack of diversity where people from ethnic culture are singled out.

GBAnglian water( Extremely poor service ,left with no water for 4 days( I had a new water meter fitted,once installed I had immediate loss off water flow / pressure in my property. We have lived here 8 years with excellent water pressure untill this meter was fitted. Four days without water,back and forth on the phone with Anglian water. Numerous useless plumbers etc. In the end I had to take a day off work and resolve the issue myself. It was the stop cock,clogged with deposits / dirt from the fitting off the new meter It was fully opened but the dust had blocked the valve. All changed and water pressure back to normal. Waiting for a response and compensation off Anglian water for there error. Extremely poor service..
