GBUseless and a rip off Useless and a rip off. Sky high bills and yet again no water supply because they’re digging up the road (again) to supposedly repair the water main that they repaired last year. And so it goes on…

GBRaw sewage coming through manhole Called as raw sewage coming through manhole cover and toilet blocked. Told we have to wait 4-7 days even after explaining we have an unwell relative who needs to use the toilet and flush it, also a young child. When asked what we are supposed to do as cannot flush the toilet told you have to wait 4-7 days! Shocking and you should be ashamed of yourselves. Absolutely diabolical!

GBWhat a refreshing change to deal with a… What a refreshing change to deal with a competent polite and helpful company. We had a drain issue, though it was just the downstairs toilet, but when I lifted the manhole it was obviously further down. Call Anglian water, straight through to a very helpful young lady, who explained everything booked it in, apologised it would be up to 4 days before the engineer could come out, which was fine. Got updated by email and text. Call was Sunday afternoon engineer was here Monday just after lunch, gain very polite and helpful and got it all sorted very quickly.

GBAwful customer service Awful customer service. Totally unhelpful. Says we have 190 litre leak in 24 hours every day since they fitted a smart meter. Nearly a month on they not helpful point blank say its our internal plumbing no sign of leak. Old analogue meter did not pick up leak so why now. Finally have someone coming round in 2 weeks time to check meter. Very rude very arrogant.

GBjobsworths... A really poor experience when attempting to log outgoing and incoming tenants and wanting the meter readings for the void period. The lady was more concerned with being a jobsworth as opposing to being helpful, perhaps explaining why the collective feedback here for anglia water is abysmal.
