Water leakage was discovered and nearly… Water leakage was discovered and nearly 700 pounds refund was calculated by a consultant as a legal leakage allowance...But it needed to be approved supervisor. It ended up 160 even that is less than even one single payment excess. 3 different phone calls t n avail. They brag about allowance but will find excuses not t give it.

I particularly like dealing with their customer care team ,who i believe are in Nottingham. I never have to go through multiple button press sequences ,but get to speak to a REAL person as soon as the call is answered ,usually in seconds rather than several minutes with most companies. Their staff are friendly ,helpful & knowledgeable and usually sort my concerns there and then. How i wish other organisations were ,dare i say ,this good. Many thanks Anglian.

Incredibly bias company to work for Incredibly bias company to work for. It lacks diversity and hence you standout for the wrong reasons. There is definately an underline problem in this organisation of bullying, gang culture and lack of diversity where people from ethnic culture are singled out.

So understanding when many companies are not. I had a complicated situation to resolve and I really needed sensitivity. The operator I spoke to was Julie and she was so helpful and understanding. She made the process so painless and I have had a day of a tiny few making it unpleasant but, not Julie at Anglian Water. What might you change? Make the phone number more obvious on the website.

What a refreshing change to deal with a… What a refreshing change to deal with a competent polite and helpful company. We had a drain issue, though it was just the downstairs toilet, but when I lifted the manhole it was obviously further down. Call Anglian water, straight through to a very helpful young lady, who explained everything booked it in, apologised it would be up to 4 days before the engineer could come out, which was fine. Got updated by email and text. Call was Sunday afternoon engineer was here Monday just after lunch, gain very polite and helpful and got it all sorted very quickly.
