Really impressed with the customer service Quick and easy from initial contact and fixed in 24 hours. You couldn't ask for more. The downstairs toilet wasn't quite right. Checked the drain, obvious blockage. Tried my drain rods but the problem was much further down (a few houses) so, reported online initially. Then called because I'd reported the wrong issues. They told me they would call back with an update in 24 hours. 4 hours later I get a call saying an engineer will be out by 1300hrs the next day (now 1700hrs on a Friday afternoon). By 1100hrs the next morning the engineer had been and cleared the issue. Top service!

Anglian water( Extremely poor service ,left with no water for 4 days( I had a new water meter fitted,once installed I had immediate loss off water flow / pressure in my property. We have lived here 8 years with excellent water pressure untill this meter was fitted. Four days without water,back and forth on the phone with Anglian water. Numerous useless plumbers etc. In the end I had to take a day off work and resolve the issue myself. It was the stop cock,clogged with deposits / dirt from the fitting off the new meter It was fully opened but the dust had blocked the valve. All changed and water pressure back to normal. Waiting for a response and compensation off Anglian water for there error. Extremely poor service..

Excellent I’ve been with these guys for years. They always answer the phone super quickly and the staff are always very happy to help, polite and friendly. I called recently to query something and they ended up putting me through to a team who lowered my bill significantly. I didn’t even ask for that but they asked more questions about my circumstances. Highly recommended!

Shame of you. Ref 63693632 Ref 63693632 Poor response and communication. Engineer due at 8 a.m arrives at 9 a.m. He was due to indentify the problem but instead just handed me an envelope containing information about leaks. They give you 30 days to fix leaks before legal action yet the can’t manage their own leakage crisis along with pumping litres of human excrement in to our rivers and seas. Shame on you
