Five star experience in all aspects! Not certain exactly how I found this company, but I am glad I did. I am mid-south and they are west coast. I was upgrading a fishing motor so I wasn’t a huge customer (buying a 20 hp motor) Their communication is absolutely superb. I had quite a few questions and they were all answered quickly and accurately. Their service folks are also top-notch. They recognized I needed a specific electric adapter for my new motor. Had they not done this, I would have an unusable motor on my hands. Every interaction was 10 out of 10.

A-1 Sales & Service I thought I would get better service & pricing from a Marine outfitter if it were closer to my home town & state. Kodiak, Alaska. That wasn't the case. Neither Washington or Oregon state marine outlets could out preform Boat Specialists out of California..They got my new Achilles HB270-AL shipped out to my freight forwarder with a couple of days. I got my raft in 9 days it was awesome service. Raft arrived palatalized & packaged perfectly to prevent damage, and is holding air just like it should.

Special stock I purchased special stock Torqeedo Travel. I called if motor was refurbished and why come only with 1 year warranty. Seller confirmed it was not. Motor arrived in few days missing new plastic packaging. I realized motor is used. You can easily find normal wear and scratches.Seller should advertise the motor as pre-owned since it is not new and come with remaining factory warranty. Posting actual photo will help. I give seller two stars because free shipping.

I had a Lewmar anchor system installed… I had a Lewmar anchor system installed with Boat Works and couldn’t be more pleased with the service and end results. Chris got me on the schedule promptly and had the work completed on time. They even over quoted me the total cost and returned the difference on the spot. The quality of work is excellent with correct windlass location, wiring, fuse and switch placement, as well as proper sealing of required mounting bracket holes. No complaints from this experience.
