GBA-1 Sales & Service I thought I would get better service & pricing from a Marine outfitter if it were closer to my home town & state. Kodiak, Alaska. That wasn't the case. Neither Washington or Oregon state marine outlets could out preform Boat Specialists out of California..They got my new Achilles HB270-AL shipped out to my freight forwarder with a couple of days. I got my raft in 9 days it was awesome service. Raft arrived palatalized & packaged perfectly to prevent damage, and is holding air just like it should.

GBFive star experience in all aspects! Not certain exactly how I found this company, but I am glad I did. I am mid-south and they are west coast. I was upgrading a fishing motor so I wasn’t a huge customer (buying a 20 hp motor) Their communication is absolutely superb. I had quite a few questions and they were all answered quickly and accurately. Their service folks are also top-notch. They recognized I needed a specific electric adapter for my new motor. Had they not done this, I would have an unusable motor on my hands. Every interaction was 10 out of 10.
