I hooked it up to the battery and everything worked great. It is a whole quieter than the original charger. Your service department was great to work with and the response to my concerns were taken care of immediately. I would highly recommend Dakota Lithium batteries as the service and quality of the batteries is outstanding. Sure am glad that I bought them and will buy more of them as needed.

Five star experience in all aspects! Not certain exactly how I found this company, but I am glad I did. I am mid-south and they are west coast. I was upgrading a fishing motor so I wasn’t a huge customer (buying a 20 hp motor) Their communication is absolutely superb. I had quite a few questions and they were all answered quickly and accurately. Their service folks are also top-notch. They recognized I needed a specific electric adapter for my new motor. Had they not done this, I would have an unusable motor on my hands. Every interaction was 10 out of 10.
