Problem Resolution. Ordered from them around Thanksgiving and a couple items I ordered had shipping delays which were not the fault of Wake Life. I’ve been impressed with their efforts to keep me informed as they worked with the USPS, including offering to give me a refund. No business is problem free but it’s how you handle those problems and I am really pleased with their personal service and efforts to resolve the situation.

Great product and even better customer service Wake Life went above and beyond for my order. Two of my 10 bags ordered went missing and they were so helpful and quick to rectify the situation! Bags are exactly what we wanted and seem extremely durable. We will definitely be return customers! Thank you!!!!

Purchased an item that was out off… Purchased an item that was out off stock, was told it would ship in a few weeks. Received my ballast upgrade several months later. Most of the season has came and gone while I waited to receive. I called several times and was given several different ETA’s Ballast upgrade requires parts not sold with bags, not mentioned any where but it is labeled as an exact fit? Not quite, your gonna need to do some plumbing.

Awesome company Wake life has done an incredible job as a local company making high quality products. As many other individuals have expressed In their reviews, I did encounter delays and slight confusion with my order of 10 50lb bags. However, in reaching out to customer service, I received a response and explanation in mere minutes. It is not at all any company’s fault for the shipping carriers issues. Especially USPS during COVID. Overall, they did a fantastic job and have shipped new bags twice with no hesitation as USPS looses some along the way. I will be a returning customer :)

20 Lead bags I ordered 10 lead bags in November and 10 more in December. I received 19 of 20 right away. The 20th one got lost by USPS. I contacted Spencer and he sent me another one right away. Due to holidays, it took a couple of weeks to arrive but it arrived as promised. I appreciated the awesome customer service and quality lead bags. Will do business with them again.
