GB5 star service 5 star quality Because of Covid my bags took a little longer to get in.. (i ordered 1000lbs and I think the post lady hates me now) i got worried and emailed the company, they responded within 8 hrs each time and it wasnt automated, it was an actual person if you can believe that these days! His name is Spencer and he answered my questions everytime, didnt seem annoyed and was genuinely helpful. Once I received the items I was even happier, the bags are of great quality and they grew my wave to tsunami size. I was so happy I bought 500 more pounds and am now dropping it in the front for a much longer wave. I would recommend these guys to anyone any day, just be patient with your local Post Office.. apparently they don't lift a lot of weights lol

GBExcellent company with great customer service I have had nothing but great experiences with these guys. The post office damaged one of my bags during shipping and I may have accidentally damaged one sliding it off of my truck tailgate. Spencer took care of me and replaced both bags without question. Communication was definitely timely. Shipping is as fast as the post office can get it too you. Excellent customer service. I would not hesitate to do business with them again!

GBWent the extra mile to get me bags short notice We had a group of folks coming in to surf with us before the holiday weekend and I realized I needed more bags of lead/steel shot. I reached out to Spencer via email and he not only offered me a killer military discount he got the bags out immediately to me so I had time to dial in the wave before our guests showed up. I appreciate Spencer and the extra mild he went to help me out.

GBDisappointed by customer service We ordered 10, #50 weighted bags about a month ago. USPS lost 8 of the bags. When corresponding with Spencer, he has stated twice he would send new bags and hasn't. We've given them the opportunity to make it right knowing they don't have control over USPS. Disappointed as we tried to support a somewhat local shop. At this point thinking a refund is our best bet. Have also tried calling and texting the customer service number.
