5 stars Great addition to get a more reliable/consistent wake. Received my lead bags a little later than expected, but the quality of the bags is impeccable. The bags are heavy duty with a sturdy seat belt handle which makes them easy to move around without worry of them tearing. The bags themselves are also stitched well and easy to manipulate in case wanting to place them in awkward corners/edges of the boat. Customer service was great with quick responses and solutions to getting my bags delivered just in time for WakeFest! Though the wait was a little longer than expected, it is understandable during the current times and I still give this company 5 stars.

Can’t beat the price. Be prepared for delays from USPS. Customer service is amazing. I purchased 10 50# bags at the end of February. I did this knowing that most reviews and Wake Life said that it’s taking a long time for bags to come in due to USPS. I am just hoping to get them by May for season. Spencer with Wake Life has been very helpful with his communication and working with USPS to locate bags and keep things moving. I can’t wait to get them in and expect them soon based on their feedback. If you want bags by summer, you better order soon! Great experience thus far, just know it is taking time to get them. Can’t beat the price though!!

Excellent company with great customer service I have had nothing but great experiences with these guys. The post office damaged one of my bags during shipping and I may have accidentally damaged one sliding it off of my truck tailgate. Spencer took care of me and replaced both bags without question. Communication was definitely timely. Shipping is as fast as the post office can get it too you. Excellent customer service. I would not hesitate to do business with them again!
