The bags are perfect for wake shaping and moving easy moving opposed a big fixed water bladder that cannot be moved and takes up space. Owner Spencer phoned me back personally after I had left a message about US Mail delivery confusion. He's a motivated young man and he runs a family businesses with products made in America. Problem Resolution. Ordered from them around Thanksgiving and a couple items I ordered had shipping delays which were not the fault of Wake Life. I’ve been impressed with their efforts to keep me informed as they worked with the USPS, including offering to give me a refund. No business is problem free but it’s how you handle those problems and I am really pleased with their personal service and efforts to resolve the situation.

Purchased an item that was out off… Purchased an item that was out off stock, was told it would ship in a few weeks. Received my ballast upgrade several months later. Most of the season has came and gone while I waited to receive. I called several times and was given several different ETA’s Ballast upgrade requires parts not sold with bags, not mentioned any where but it is labeled as an exact fit? Not quite, your gonna need to do some plumbing.
