5 star service 5 star quality Because of Covid my bags took a little longer to get in.. (i ordered 1000lbs and I think the post lady hates me now) i got worried and emailed the company, they responded within 8 hrs each time and it wasnt automated, it was an actual person if you can believe that these days! His name is Spencer and he answered my questions everytime, didnt seem annoyed and was genuinely helpful. Once I received the items I was even happier, the bags are of great quality and they grew my wave to tsunami size. I was so happy I bought 500 more pounds and am now dropping it in the front for a much longer wave. I would recommend these guys to anyone any day, just be patient with your local Post Office.. apparently they don't lift a lot of weights lol

Excellent company with great customer service I have had nothing but great experiences with these guys. The post office damaged one of my bags during shipping and I may have accidentally damaged one sliding it off of my truck tailgate. Spencer took care of me and replaced both bags without question. Communication was definitely timely. Shipping is as fast as the post office can get it too you. Excellent customer service. I would not hesitate to do business with them again!

Purchased an item that was out off… Purchased an item that was out off stock, was told it would ship in a few weeks. Received my ballast upgrade several months later. Most of the season has came and gone while I waited to receive. I called several times and was given several different ETA’s Ballast upgrade requires parts not sold with bags, not mentioned any where but it is labeled as an exact fit? Not quite, your gonna need to do some plumbing.

Great product and even better customer service Wake Life went above and beyond for my order. Two of my 10 bags ordered went missing and they were so helpful and quick to rectify the situation! 20 Lead bags I ordered 10 lead bags in November and 10 more in December. I received 19 of 20 right away. The 20th one got lost by USPS. I contacted Spencer and he sent me another one right away. Due to holidays, it took a couple of weeks to arrive but it arrived as promised. I appreciated the awesome customer service and quality lead bags. Will do business with them again.
