USDisappointed by customer service We ordered 10, #50 weighted bags about a month ago. USPS lost 8 of the bags. When corresponding with Spencer, he has stated twice he would send new bags and hasn't. We've given them the opportunity to make it right knowing they don't have control over USPS. Disappointed as we tried to support a somewhat local shop. At this point thinking a refund is our best bet. Have also tried calling and texting the customer service number.

USCan’t beat the price. Be prepared for delays from USPS. Customer service is amazing. I purchased 10 50# bags at the end of February. I did this knowing that most reviews and Wake Life said that it’s taking a long time for bags to come in due to USPS. I am just hoping to get them by May for season. Spencer with Wake Life has been very helpful with his communication and working with USPS to locate bags and keep things moving. I can’t wait to get them in and expect them soon based on their feedback. If you want bags by summer, you better order soon! Great experience thus far, just know it is taking time to get them. Can’t beat the price though!!

US20 Lead bags I ordered 10 lead bags in November and 10 more in December. I received 19 of 20 right away. The 20th one got lost by USPS. I contacted Spencer and he sent me another one right away. Due to holidays, it took a couple of weeks to arrive but it arrived as promised. I appreciated the awesome customer service and quality lead bags. Will do business with them again.

USExcellent company with great customer service I have had nothing but great experiences with these guys. The post office damaged one of my bags during shipping and I may have accidentally damaged one sliding it off of my truck tailgate. Spencer took care of me and replaced both bags without question. Communication was definitely timely. Shipping is as fast as the post office can get it too you. Excellent customer service. I would not hesitate to do business with them again!

USProblem Resolution. Ordered from them around Thanksgiving and a couple items I ordered had shipping delays which were not the fault of Wake Life. I’ve been impressed with their efforts to keep me informed as they worked with the USPS, including offering to give me a refund. No business is problem free but it’s how you handle those problems and I am really pleased with their personal service and efforts to resolve the situation.
