Excellent company with great customer service I have had nothing but great experiences with these guys. The post office damaged one of my bags during shipping and I may have accidentally damaged one sliding it off of my truck tailgate. Spencer took care of me and replaced both bags without question. Communication was definitely timely. Shipping is as fast as the post office can get it too you. Excellent customer service. I would not hesitate to do business with them again!

Wakelife is great Wakelife is great. Like many businesses during 2nd Covid summer there are tons of supply constraints and a delay in shipping is understandable (there was also a warning at the time of order). A couple lost packages and prompt replies and replacements sent. 3rd person in our surf crew to order and all would highly recommend.

Great Delivery Communication Thank you for coordinating with your postmaster and the post office in my area to deliver the ballast bags to my house instead of them trying to get me to pick it up. It is their job after all. Great communication and timely delivery!
