GB20 Lead bags I ordered 10 lead bags in November and 10 more in December. I received 19 of 20 right away. The 20th one got lost by USPS. I contacted Spencer and he sent me another one right away. Due to holidays, it took a couple of weeks to arrive but it arrived as promised. I appreciated the awesome customer service and quality lead bags. Will do business with them again.

GBWakelife is great Wakelife is great. Like many businesses during 2nd Covid summer there are tons of supply constraints and a delay in shipping is understandable (there was also a warning at the time of order). A couple lost packages and prompt replies and replacements sent. 3rd person in our surf crew to order and all would highly recommend.

GBPurchased an item that was out off… Purchased an item that was out off stock, was told it would ship in a few weeks. Received my ballast upgrade several months later. Most of the season has came and gone while I waited to receive. I called several times and was given several different ETA’s Ballast upgrade requires parts not sold with bags, not mentioned any where but it is labeled as an exact fit? Not quite, your gonna need to do some plumbing.

GBGreat Delivery Communication Thank you for coordinating with your postmaster and the post office in my area to deliver the ballast bags to my house instead of them trying to get me to pick it up. It is their job after all. Great communication and timely delivery!

GBDisappointed by customer service We ordered 10, #50 weighted bags about a month ago. USPS lost 8 of the bags. When corresponding with Spencer, he has stated twice he would send new bags and hasn't. We've given them the opportunity to make it right knowing they don't have control over USPS. Disappointed as we tried to support a somewhat local shop. At this point thinking a refund is our best bet. Have also tried calling and texting the customer service number.
