GBBlown away I have ordered numerous boat parts over the last few years with boats.net I am blown away by their service and quick turnaround on orders. Made a large order again last week for a Yamaha outboard parts and there were a couple of the items that ended up being on back order and would be a delay in receiving them. They shipped out everything else immediately and it all shipped out the same day I ordered. Paid for expedited shipping which was way less than most sites charge. Called today to see if I could get something added to the balance of the rest of order when it shipped so I wouldn't have to pay for another shipping charge. no problem they said. added the item to the order and ships out today. GBQuick to resolve packaging issue When the order arrived, it was missing about half of the items because the packaging had been damaged in transit. Without hesitation, boats.net had the missing pieces re-ordered and on their way and they were going to work with UPS directly to resolve the shipping issues. Both customer representatives I spoke with were great to work with and resolve the issue. And like always, the parts that were ordered were OEM, high quality parts.

GBExcellent, would use again Excellent product range, service and prices. Delivery to the UK via UPS wasn't great, but that's not really boats.net's fault. UPS just didn't keep me updated very well about progress and then it just arrived on the doorstep via UK Royal Mail
