Quick to resolve packaging issue When the order arrived, it was missing about half of the items because the packaging had been damaged in transit. Without hesitation, boats.net had the missing pieces re-ordered and on their way and they were going to work with UPS directly to resolve the shipping issues. Both customer representatives I spoke with were great to work with and resolve the issue. And like always, the parts that were ordered were OEM, high quality parts.
