Technical difficulties are passed off to the manufacturer with phone number and or web site. So yes, this is a good responsible company that knows its mission and works with the customer.

terrible - same as many other reviews same as many other reviews; paid for expedited shipping for an in stock time sensitive part. update 4 days later now says part is not in stock for >2 weeks from original order. misleading, dishonest, unmet expectations. clearly this has been an ongoing problem with this company and they have done nothing to resolve. my future business will go elsewhere.
