Expedited Shipping is BOGUS Do NOT let Tyler talk you into expedited shipping. Placed order on a Tuesday morning by phone and accepted his promised 1-3 day shipping for an additional $22. Did not ship until 2 days later and did not arrive 5 days later = 7 days. Customer service COMPLETELY impersonal and actually don't care anything about service. My first and last order.

All Motors I have two boats with two different brand motors. I use boats.net exclusively as they have the most accurate way to select your part. They use manufacturer part numbers and show pictures, and schematics of every part. I have been ordering parts from them for other motors over the years and only buy through their site.

BOATS.NET shorted me a full refund Made an order to find out three days later that it was to arrive in another week and through USPS. I needed the part before the end of the week to I reordered it with expedited shipping. The part arrived in time for when I wanted it however, BOATS.NET decided to not fully refund me for the "first order" and refused to acknowledge that I was returning the first order and not the second, shorting me about ten dollars. I'll never shop their again!

Submitted order 2pm Monday and they all arrived by 3pm Tuesday. Free shipping for orders over $149. I’m very happy.

This place seems to be a broker house This place seems to be a broker house. Saying part in stock means 25 days or longer. I would not recommend this company to anybody. After reviewing company reply I can 100% say that they are just brokering parts and will use the age old excuse about suuply chain issues. This would not be a problem if you actually had parts in stock or a better procurement system with accurate delivery status. Again I would never recommend this company to anybody.
