During the past year shipping has been slower than before the Covid pandemic, but I realize it effects everyone. If more people would get the vaccine, they could be working instead of taking government handouts. Then we could all be getting supplies like before this mess. It's just hard running a business right now for everyone!

This place seems to be a broker house This place seems to be a broker house. Saying part in stock means 25 days or longer. I would not recommend this company to anybody. After reviewing company reply I can 100% say that they are just brokering parts and will use the age old excuse about suuply chain issues. This would not be a problem if you actually had parts in stock or a better procurement system with accurate delivery status. Again I would never recommend this company to anybody.

Quick to resolve packaging issue When the order arrived, it was missing about half of the items because the packaging had been damaged in transit. Without hesitation, boats.net had the missing pieces re-ordered and on their way and they were going to work with UPS directly to resolve the shipping issues. Both customer representatives I spoke with were great to work with and resolve the issue. And like always, the parts that were ordered were OEM, high quality parts.
