After reviewing company reply I can 100% say that they are just brokering parts and will use the age old excuse about suuply chain issues. This would not be a problem if you actually had parts in stock or a better procurement system with accurate delivery status. Again I would never recommend this company to anybody.

Expedited Shipping is BOGUS Do NOT let Tyler talk you into expedited shipping. Placed order on a Tuesday morning by phone and accepted his promised 1-3 day shipping for an additional $22. Did not ship until 2 days later and did not arrive 5 days later = 7 days. Customer service COMPLETELY impersonal and actually don't care anything about service. My first and last order.

They use manufacturer part numbers and show pictures, and schematics of every part. I have been ordering parts from them for other motors over the years and only buy through their site.
