Note also that order cancellations are not allowed. They have a note that explains why. But it sounds like #%$* to me. It looks like they are going out of business and taking orders on stuff they don't have in stock.

Terrible customer service Terrible customer service, they lie, they are chronically our of stock on many items. I had an item on pre-order for 6 months and when it got released my order was never fulfilled even when I got subsequent messages saying the item was in stock and I should order now. I contacted their support who lied to me assuring they were going to fulfill the order and the warehouse was processing the shipment. Then a few days later I was told via email to cancel and re-order if I wanted it now that it's again on back order again.

Couldn't Fill My Customer's New $250 Fockewulf Order Tower Hobbies just lost another $250 order due to a troublesome bug in their online checkout form. It's impossible to fill in the "state" field in the address form, either by autofill or manually. The drop-down menu function for state selection is also kaput. The shipping choice selection form is missing completely, so of course, checkout can't proceed without a valid shipping method selected. We tried and failed twice over 2 weeks. Now I have to issue my customer a cash refund until I can locate the particular ARF Fockewulf model he wants us to assemble to RTF (ready to fly) for him. I showed him the excuse banner Tower posted on the site, but that's little help when dealing with an impatient RCer who's ready to spend and fly ASAP. They need to upgrade their IT talent because the website is a mess compared to how convenient and easy it used to be.
