This is the first time we used this… This is the first time we used this parking. We were there at 5am and the van left at 5:15. We arrived back at LGA around 4:30pm and the van was there in less than 15 minutes. Maybe we were lucky with timing, but no complaint here. The Sheridan is further away from LGA than we are used to but again, no complaints here.

Not able to communicate with parkobility. Non responsive You cannot ever talk to anyone. I needed to extend my rental and was not able to do so bc not able to bet anyone on the phone and no email response. After trying several different ways to communicate with this company never got a response.

No customer service No one responds to questions through email. I've sent 3-4 questions on what would happen if we arrive at the parking location late but not getting an answer. I don't want to call as it would be long distance. So frustrating. Will have to cancel if no response by morning for fear of loosing our money. *Edit, I have finally received a response through using this site and appreciate it. I have changed my review to reflect that and if all goes well, I will not need to change the review again. The site was easy to navigate, okay price, but do recommend customer service/enquiries are responded to in a more timely fashion. Thank you.

I love being able to park away from the… I love being able to park away from the busy-ness of the airport and take a shuttle. The cost is also reasonable, and I appreciate the security system in the parking lot. I only rate 5 stars with exceptional services or products. This is a wonderful service. It would be exceptional if the shuttle van had a/c and all lap belts were intact. Also, it would be helpful to provide instructions on where you are supposed to park upon arriving. I had to park, go into the Holiday Inn, re-park and go in again (after a refreshing hike) once I had been instructed I parked in the "wrong" location for long-term parking. Who knew?

Helpful with empathy for rushed travelers! Quick. Helpful. Understanding and efficient. The gentleman at the desk was helpful and the shuttle driver was understanding that we were in a rush. They did a great job accommodating and helping us when we were about to miss a flight. Its hard to find people who like to help others. These guys are great... and honestly... so much better than standard airport parking!
