GBVery satisfied! I tried to sign up with another parking service, and the whole experience was so frustrating and confusing that I just gave up. I'm so glad I tried parkobility. It was easy to arrange for an off-site airport parking spot and pay for it. I would highly recommend it.

GBFirst time user As a first time user, I was uncertain how smoothly this process would work. Super thrilled with every step of it, especially the saving money part. Everyone at the hotel where I parked was friendly and professional. Next time, next year, I'm in DC I'll use this service again.

GBNo Customer Support, You Will Lose your Money Tried reaching out to them for a long term parking reservation at LGA. As noted by other reviews, the phone number from the app is a Marriott in GA. The parkobility site itself has a bug so you can't even submit your request on their contact us page and "due to a high volume of calls" they suggest leaving a voicemail which they do not respond to.

GBInitial review I can only speak to the reserving of our next Parkability experience because my reservation if for next month. But, we have used Parkability at numerous airports at different times and have very happy with it.
