Great parking near Newark airport This parking service was excellent. Their fees were fair (we reserved our spot early) and their shuttle service was very convenient. Definitely recommend for flights to/from Newark airport. NOTE: The address for the lot contained a typo in the email reservation. It was missing a digit, which caused us to detour and almost be late.

Run away from this service Flew home from the trip from Hobbs, requested pickup, informed the desk person who I was, provided my phone number and even informed the desk person I was wearing the national NCAA championship team clothing. I stepped out into the pickup area, and of four vans that had arrived didn’t the hotel information I was looking, it had an advertisement on the passenger side. As it pulled away I finally noticed the driver’s was distinctly marked from the hotel as it was pulling away. Tried to wave the driver down without luck. Had to hire a taxi to get back to my parked car.

No Customer Support, You Will Lose your Money Tried reaching out to them for a long term parking reservation at LGA. As noted by other reviews, the phone number from the app is a Marriott in GA. The parkobility site itself has a bug so you can't even submit your request on their contact us page and "due to a high volume of calls" they suggest leaving a voicemail which they do not respond to.

First time user As a first time user, I was uncertain how smoothly this process would work. Super thrilled with every step of it, especially the saving money part. Everyone at the hotel where I parked was friendly and professional. Next time, next year, I'm in DC I'll use this service again.
