GBNot able to communicate with parkobility. Non responsive You cannot ever talk to anyone. I needed to extend my rental and was not able to do so bc not able to bet anyone on the phone and no email response. After trying several different ways to communicate with this company never got a response.

GBInstructions on arrival and return Instructions on how to drop off vehicle and transport to airport were straightforward. Getting picked up on return a little less so on instructions on where to go, you had to call a number and listen to confusing instructions

GBThis is the first time we used this… This is the first time we used this parking. We were there at 5am and the van left at 5:15. We arrived back at LGA around 4:30pm and the van was there in less than 15 minutes. Maybe we were lucky with timing, but no complaint here. The Sheridan is further away from LGA than we are used to but again, no complaints here.
