Initial review I can only speak to the reserving of our next Parkability experience because my reservation if for next month. But, we have used Parkability at numerous airports at different times and have very happy with it.

UPDATE YOUR INSTRUCTIONS TO CUSTOMER The first half of the parking went well - an email giving directions to the lot and how to proceed. However, retrieving the car? Nada by way of directions. Dealing with the rain while failing at every turn to navigate intuitively lead to hunting down help in the lobby. After bouncing around to a few people, one helpful employee shed light on the process - the need to buttonhole someone to verify your ID, reservation and validate your card. 45 min later, I was finally on my way home. Helpful with empathy for rushed travelers! Quick. Helpful. Understanding and efficient. The gentleman at the desk was helpful and the shuttle driver was understanding that we were in a rush. They did a great job accommodating and helping us when we were about to miss a flight. Its hard to find people who like to help others. These guys are great... and honestly... so much better than standard airport parking!

Great parking near Newark airport This parking service was excellent. Their fees were fair (we reserved our spot early) and their shuttle service was very convenient. Definitely recommend for flights to/from Newark airport. NOTE: The address for the lot contained a typo in the email reservation. It was missing a digit, which caused us to detour and almost be late.

Instructions on arrival and return Instructions on how to drop off vehicle and transport to airport were straightforward. Getting picked up on return a little less so on instructions on where to go, you had to call a number and listen to confusing instructions
