GBRun away from this service Flew home from the trip from Hobbs, requested pickup, informed the desk person who I was, provided my phone number and even informed the desk person I was wearing the national NCAA championship team clothing. I stepped out into the pickup area, and of four vans that had arrived didn’t the hotel information I was looking, it had an advertisement on the passenger side. As it pulled away I finally noticed the driver’s was distinctly marked from the hotel as it was pulling away. Tried to wave the driver down without luck. Had to hire a taxi to get back to my parked car.

GBInitial review I can only speak to the reserving of our next Parkability experience because my reservation if for next month. But, we have used Parkability at numerous airports at different times and have very happy with it.

GBUPDATE YOUR INSTRUCTIONS TO CUSTOMER The first half of the parking went well - an email giving directions to the lot and how to proceed. However, retrieving the car? Nada by way of directions. Dealing with the rain while failing at every turn to navigate intuitively lead to hunting down help in the lobby. After bouncing around to a few people, one helpful employee shed light on the process - the need to buttonhole someone to verify your ID, reservation and validate your card. 45 min later, I was finally on my way home.
