CANo customer service No one responds to questions through email. I've sent 3-4 questions on what would happen if we arrive at the parking location late but not getting an answer. I don't want to call as it would be long distance. So frustrating. Will have to cancel if no response by morning for fear of loosing our money. *Edit, I have finally received a response through using this site and appreciate it. I have changed my review to reflect that and if all goes well, I will not need to change the review again. The site was easy to navigate, okay price, but do recommend customer service/enquiries are responded to in a more timely fashion. Thank you.

GBFirst time user As a first time user, I was uncertain how smoothly this process would work. Super thrilled with every step of it, especially the saving money part. Everyone at the hotel where I parked was friendly and professional. Next time, next year, I'm in DC I'll use this service again.

GBNot able to communicate with parkobility. Non responsive You cannot ever talk to anyone. I needed to extend my rental and was not able to do so bc not able to bet anyone on the phone and no email response. After trying several different ways to communicate with this company never got a response.

GBInitial review I can only speak to the reserving of our next Parkability experience because my reservation if for next month. But, we have used Parkability at numerous airports at different times and have very happy with it.

GBNo Customer Support, You Will Lose your Money Tried reaching out to them for a long term parking reservation at LGA. As noted by other reviews, the phone number from the app is a Marriott in GA. The parkobility site itself has a bug so you can't even submit your request on their contact us page and "due to a high volume of calls" they suggest leaving a voicemail which they do not respond to.
