GBPaid in advance and lot was FULL! I prepaid for parking at Newark EWR Apex. When I got there they said that the lot was full. Almost missed my flight by having to drive around and find another lot. Spot hero gave me credit for the original amount paid, but only a "spot hero account" credit for the difference paid at another lot. They need to weed out the bad lots, or make the buyer whole when they screw up.

GBTSpot On SpotHero rep.he representative was very helpful The representative was very helpful, knowledgable and polite. He (Raffael)represents SpotHero well. I needed to cancel one of the two reservations I had made and he quickly completed it for me.

GBNo Savings with Spot Hero It is good to have a reserved spot but I also expected a lower cost. In fact, with the booking fee, the cost was higher. In and out of the lot was easy. Good to have an attendant so that we didn't have to worry about a bar code reader not working well at the exit.

GBSpotHero is a Hero The SpotHero app is very impressive. Even more impressive is their customer service support when I encountered an issue (not with the app) in an unfamiliar location. SpotHero's customer service was outstanding.

GBI love SpotHero I love SpotHero! It's so easy to find a parking spot and getting in and out is seamless. Parking is a hassle but using SpotHero means I never have to worry about it.
