GBOur past experiences at Spot Hero have… Our past experiences at Spot Hero have been A+, but not this past time. On Monday 4/22/24, The address for entering the garage did not exist. We circled the streets of NYC for 15 mins looking for the address that did not appear! Frustrating. Finally I walked down to a garage attendant and asked if this was the spot. At first they said "no" then said "yes". So we did eventually find the garage and the rest of the reservation was without issue.

GBGreat experience Great experience! The attendant greeted me and quickly and efficiently checked in our car. I had the same experience when picking up my car which was ready very quickly. A++ service at this garage location.

GBBe warned!! Be warned!!! The spothero app only allows you to book on the hour or the half hour. I showed up at 7:50pm for an 8pm reservation and at checkout was charged an additional $120. On top of that the spothero app has you enter the vehicle type and if it’s oversized they charge you. However so did the parking garage so I double paid. I informed spothero and they did nothing to help me not even offer me a credit for the overcharge.

GBSpot hero customer service is…outstanding ! Spot hero customer service is outstanding ! You get to speak to a human within seconds of when you call . The agents are friendly , knowledgeable - they can locate your reservation immediately -, and eager to resolve the problem . In this day of AI and anonymity , it is a relief ( almost a joy) to have a service that so readily addresses the occasional problems that arise !
