GBBe warned!! Be warned!!! The spothero app only allows you to book on the hour or the half hour. I showed up at 7:50pm for an 8pm reservation and at checkout was charged an additional $120. On top of that the spothero app has you enter the vehicle type and if it’s oversized they charge you. However so did the parking garage so I double paid. I informed spothero and they did nothing to help me not even offer me a credit for the overcharge.

GBNo Savings with Spot Hero It is good to have a reserved spot but I also expected a lower cost. In fact, with the booking fee, the cost was higher. In and out of the lot was easy. Good to have an attendant so that we didn't have to worry about a bar code reader not working well at the exit.
