GBOur past experiences at Spot Hero have⦠Our past experiences at Spot Hero have been A+, but not this past time. On Monday 4/22/24, The address for entering the garage did not exist. We circled the streets of NYC for 15 mins looking for the address that did not appear! Frustrating. Finally I walked down to a garage attendant and asked if this was the spot. At first they said "no" then said "yes". So we did eventually find the garage and the rest of the reservation was without issue.

GBSpotHero Wins in NYC and DC During my recent trip to NYC and DC, I rented a mid-sized SUV which proved a bit challenging to park on busy city streets, especially during peak daytime hours. However, using SpotHero made finding parking near my destinations incredibly easy. The directions provided were clear, and the valet attendants at both locations were extremely helpful, making my trip much more convenient and stress-free. Highly recommended for city travelers!

GBPoor Customer Service Experience Poor Customer Service Experience, bait and switch, no refund received. I reserved spot downtown Indy for All Star weekend. Arrived QR code did not work in Spot Hero app, paid at parking facility. Requested refund from Spot Hero and provided all the necessary information requested by Spot Hero. Spot Hero confirmed I would be getting full refund, get a email that check would be issued but not for full refund amount that was confirmed to me by multiple email messages. Customer service is not reliable for Spot Hero, pulled a bait and switch and to this date have not received a refund check.
