GBBe warned!! Be warned!!! The spothero app only allows you to book on the hour or the half hour. I showed up at 7:50pm for an 8pm reservation and at checkout was charged an additional $120. On top of that the spothero app has you enter the vehicle type and if it’s oversized they charge you. However so did the parking garage so I double paid. I informed spothero and they did nothing to help me not even offer me a credit for the overcharge.

GBPerfect Location This is the perfect location, right between Symphony Center and Art Institute of Chicago. It's easy to get in, and easy to get out. Staff is cordial and patient.

GBGreat experience Great experience! The attendant greeted me and quickly and efficiently checked in our car. I had the same experience when picking up my car which was ready very quickly. A++ service at this garage location.
