The agents are friendly , knowledgeable - they can locate your reservation immediately -, and eager to resolve the problem . In this day of AI and anonymity , it is a relief ( almost a joy) to have a service that so readily addresses the occasional problems that arise !

SpotHero is a Hero The SpotHero app is very impressive. Even more impressive is their customer service support when I encountered an issue (not with the app) in an unfamiliar location. SpotHero's customer service was outstanding.

Paid in advance and lot was FULL! I prepaid for parking at Newark EWR Apex. When I got there they said that the lot was full. Almost missed my flight by having to drive around and find another lot. Spot hero gave me credit for the original amount paid, but only a "spot hero account" credit for the difference paid at another lot. They need to weed out the bad lots, or make the buyer whole when they screw up.

Never using them again. This is the 3rd time in a row that i've used spot hero for event/sports parking and when i get to the venue, the rate for the lot is cheaper than what i paid spot hero. Last night i paid $37 and used a $10 credit they gave me for the last time they over charged me and I get to the lot and the price for people that just drive up is $20. never using them again.

Impressive customer service The few times I have ever called Spot Hero for customer assistance. I have been incredibly impressed. Friendly, helpful, easy to understand, and efficient… all of which contribute to an overall great experience.
