GBI love SpotHero I love SpotHero! It's so easy to find a parking spot and getting in and out is seamless. Parking is a hassle but using SpotHero means I never have to worry about it.

GBSpot hero customer service is…outstanding ! Spot hero customer service is outstanding ! You get to speak to a human within seconds of when you call . The agents are friendly , knowledgeable - they can locate your reservation immediately -, and eager to resolve the problem . In this day of AI and anonymity , it is a relief ( almost a joy) to have a service that so readily addresses the occasional problems that arise !

GBNever using them again. This is the 3rd time in a row that i've used spot hero for event/sports parking and when i get to the venue, the rate for the lot is cheaper than what i paid spot hero. Last night i paid $37 and used a $10 credit they gave me for the last time they over charged me and I get to the lot and the price for people that just drive up is $20. never using them again.
