SpotHero is super helpful for NYC SpotHero is a very convenient app for NYC to help find parking and book in advance. If any problems occur, their customer service is excellent, and they promptly credit you any parking reservations that don't work out.

SpotHero is a Hero The SpotHero app is very impressive. Even more impressive is their customer service support when I encountered an issue (not with the app) in an unfamiliar location. SpotHero's customer service was outstanding.

Be warned!! Be warned!!! The spothero app only allows you to book on the hour or the half hour. I showed up at 7:50pm for an 8pm reservation and at checkout was charged an additional $120. On top of that the spothero app has you enter the vehicle type and if it’s oversized they charge you. However so did the parking garage so I double paid. I informed spothero and they did nothing to help me not even offer me a credit for the overcharge.

I love SpotHero I love SpotHero! It's so easy to find a parking spot and getting in and out is seamless. Parking is a hassle but using SpotHero means I never have to worry about it.
