Poor Customer Service Experience Poor Customer Service Experience, bait and switch, no refund received. I reserved spot downtown Indy for All Star weekend. Arrived QR code did not work in Spot Hero app, paid at parking facility. Requested refund from Spot Hero and provided all the necessary information requested by Spot Hero. Spot Hero confirmed I would be getting full refund, get a email that check would be issued but not for full refund amount that was confirmed to me by multiple email messages. Customer service is not reliable for Spot Hero, pulled a bait and switch and to this date have not received a refund check.

Scam Company I purchased the parking spot for a baseball game in San Francisco. When I arrived, there was no address on the lot. The photo on the website shows a garage as the purchased lot. When I arrived, it was locked. There were two lots on the street that could have been the lot, both with no address anywhere to be seen. The instructions say do not park in a reserved spot. In the most likely lot that was 22 Federal St, every spot has a reserved sign painted on the asphalt. I tried to call the 24 hour support line, and after 10 minutes of no answer, I gave up on that. I would not purchase for Spot Hero again.

SpotHero Wins in NYC and DC During my recent trip to NYC and DC, I rented a mid-sized SUV which proved a bit challenging to park on busy city streets, especially during peak daytime hours. However, using SpotHero made finding parking near my destinations incredibly easy. The directions provided were clear, and the valet attendants at both locations were extremely helpful, making my trip much more convenient and stress-free. Highly recommended for city travelers!

Great prices and lot for overnight parking It was very easy to find a lot that was near where I was staying and the price was right. Although I did not intend on parking there the next night, the location and SpotHero price (more than half what I would have paid if I paid at the lot) was more than I could ask for! Will absolutely use SpotHero for this lot again.

The agents are friendly , knowledgeable - they can locate your reservation immediately -, and eager to resolve the problem . In this day of AI and anonymity , it is a relief ( almost a joy) to have a service that so readily addresses the occasional problems that arise !
