SpotHero is super helpful for NYC SpotHero is a very convenient app for NYC to help find parking and book in advance. If any problems occur, their customer service is excellent, and they promptly credit you any parking reservations that don't work out.

Impressive customer service The few times I have ever called Spot Hero for customer assistance. I have been incredibly impressed. Friendly, helpful, easy to understand, and efficient… all of which contribute to an overall great experience.

Our past experiences at Spot Hero have… Our past experiences at Spot Hero have been A+, but not this past time. On Monday 4/22/24, The address for entering the garage did not exist. We circled the streets of NYC for 15 mins looking for the address that did not appear! Frustrating. Finally I walked down to a garage attendant and asked if this was the spot. At first they said "no" then said "yes". So we did eventually find the garage and the rest of the reservation was without issue.

Great prices and lot for overnight parking It was very easy to find a lot that was near where I was staying and the price was right. Although I did not intend on parking there the next night, the location and SpotHero price (more than half what I would have paid if I paid at the lot) was more than I could ask for! Will absolutely use SpotHero for this lot again.
