I used this facility on July 29 I used this facility on July 29, 2018. It was easy in and out for me, except I had trouble finding the entrance without sign from street. I called the office, they were helpful to direct me to parking lot entrance which is located in the alley way between the Crown Plaza and Airport Center . it would help if the entrance sign is more conspicuous. The shuttle service was good. I would definite recommend this facility.

The price is good but... The price is good but.... But I had couple of issues with this parking. It was really hard to find empty parking spot because most of parking lots are either reserved by Marriott or other residential (commercial) parking. It is also connected to other parking structures that made me over 20 minutes to find my parking spot. Some spots has low sealing, so my trunk door hit the sealing when it opens.

I would probably actually give it 4… I would probably actually give it 4 stars, but I think a lot of people give this place a low rating because they don't follow instructions. Parking spots are a little bit small, but the price is reasonable and the shuttle service is fairly responsive. We had no problem finding a parking spot. We parked and left our car around 5am and there was a shuttle ready for us. On the way back we called for a shuttle and it arrived shortly after. If you reserve the spot beforehand online (as we did), you should bring the printed proof of the final cost just in case, but when we went to pay it was less than the price originally listed, so the worker kindly gave us the cheaper price. Would definitely use it again

The last 3 times I have used Airport… The last 3 times I have used Airport Center, there were no spaces left... even though I had a reservation. I had to circle for 45 minutes to find a space. Also the prices have increased so they are not competitive. I have also noticed several airport employees on the shuttle, it appears they have sold out to non travelers. Unfortunately you cannot depend on Airport Center.

You guys are awesome You guys are awesome. Near the airport, shuttle is always waiting at the parking garage to take me to the airport. And the shuttle is there to pick me up at the terminal within minutes of calling. Your price is competitive and by making reservations and using the discounts I always get a great deal compared to other parking locations. Keep up the great work!
