Outstanding experience Ease of access, frequent transfer service, courteous and helpful drivers and outstanding cashiers at check-out. The last thing one wants upon arrival after a long trip is a long wait for the shuttle followed by a challenging experience at the cashier. Airport Center's service folks are outstanding!

Terrible garage Customer service was great, but the facility itself was terrible. The parking spaces were all too narrow so that most cars were parked taking over 2 spaces. It took almost 15 minutes of driving up and down the aisles before I managed to squeeze my car into a spot. When I returned from my trip the elevators were out of order, so I had to lug my suitcase up the stairs to the top floor of the garage. 2 stars only because it was so close to the airport and the drivers and gate attendant were very friendly.

Watch Out for Extra Time Charges!!! Add on after the review was posted: Manger Ray reviewed the facts and agreed with me to refund the additional charges. Also said he was going to work with his IT group to adjust charging logic in their system. I appreciate his quick review and correction. Careful with your reservation times!!!! Location great. Parking good. Pickups acceptable. Very good value overall. What left me extremely dissatisfied was the add on charge at my exit because even though I had paid for 5 full days and departed from the garage 4.5 days later, the company uses your reservation starting time and ending time to lock you in on your parking period. BEWARE, if you enter the garage before your reservation time OR depart the garage after your reservation time, you will be charged for another day, EVEN THOUGH YOU ALREADY PAID FOR THE REST OF THE DAY. The contract disclosures are very poor and I'm sure they are collecting lots of extra fees on this policy. Yes, I spoke with the company and they just talk around this scam. The company should give users the full paid period. If they maintain their current policy, they should PROMINENTLY warn customers on the reservation page that they will be charged for any time exceeding their reservation period, even though customers have technically already paid for the days.

Airport Center Happy Customer We found Airport Center after the one we were going to down the street closed. We like everything about Airport Center, self park, that it's covered, the price and proximity to the airport. We did have a challenge with the elevators being down on one visit but that thankfully that has been rectified. I recommend them when anyone asks!

Airport Center has several shuttles… Airport Center has several shuttles running so you're wait is never more than 5-10 mins. However, the parking spots are a bit small so cars tend to take up 2 spaces. This causes an issue when you're looking for a vacant space.
