I can always count on Airport Center … I can always count on Airport Center parking to be there when I need them. A few months ago, I made the mistake of using one of their competitors - because that had a cheaper price advertised online - but when I went there to park my car, it took a VERY LONG time for me to find a place to park in their over-booked lot - and I almost missed my flight! I have never had any problems like that with Airport Center parking. :)

I would probably actually give it 4… I would probably actually give it 4 stars, but I think a lot of people give this place a low rating because they don't follow instructions. Parking spots are a little bit small, but the price is reasonable and the shuttle service is fairly responsive. We had no problem finding a parking spot. We parked and left our car around 5am and there was a shuttle ready for us. On the way back we called for a shuttle and it arrived shortly after. If you reserve the spot beforehand online (as we did), you should bring the printed proof of the final cost just in case, but when we went to pay it was less than the price originally listed, so the worker kindly gave us the cheaper price. Would definitely use it again

Also said he was going to work with his IT group to adjust charging logic in their system. I appreciate his quick review and correction. I was clearly charged for 2 days. The fine print states that Airport Center?s rates and fees are charged on a daily basis. When your travel goes into the next day, you are charged another full day. Your credit card will be charged in full when you confirm your reservation. No refund will be issued for unused days. I was charged for 2 days, when I was going to be there for 1 day and 4 hours. My flight was delayed I was 2 hours past the 4 hours that I paid for the second day. So I was there for 1 day and 6 hours (approximately) and they charged me for a third day to get out of the lot. Let me be clear, it say NOWHERE on their paperwork or fine print that if you are charged a second day and say you are only going to use a couple hours of that, but it goes over what you think it will be, you will be charged a whole extra day. They do not work with customers to show them where this is written or make things right. I will never park here again and think you should not either.

Close, convenient, inexpensive. Just needs wider spaces! Airport center is priced right, it's near the airport, the shuttles are *reasonably* prompt. The only complaint I have is that the spaces are *SO* tiny, that lots of them end out left empty, with not enough room for a car. If they re-painted their spaces with a reasonable width, I'm *convinced* they'd actually fit more cars, because every space could be used. Please widen your spaces, and then you'll be perfect!

I started parking here a long time ago… I started parking here a long time ago and have just continued to do so. Never any issues except for stupid people who park crooked in their spots which could be any lot. Never any damage to my car which is ultimately what’s important. Good price.
