Price good with reservation but plan on… Price good with reservation but plan on waiting at the airport for pickup. We waited over an hour and after many calls to dispatch, a van finally arrived. Most of the calls to dispatch went unanswered and when they finally answered you could hear them trying to call the drivers - no response whatsoever. Dispatch was even baffled as to why they hadn't made the rounds after numerous calls. This is the second time we've waited over an hour and never again. Will pay more next time some where else

Also said he was going to work with his IT group to adjust charging logic in their system. I appreciate his quick review and correction. I was clearly charged for 2 days. The fine print states that Airport Center?s rates and fees are charged on a daily basis. When your travel goes into the next day, you are charged another full day. Your credit card will be charged in full when you confirm your reservation. No refund will be issued for unused days. I was charged for 2 days, when I was going to be there for 1 day and 4 hours. My flight was delayed I was 2 hours past the 4 hours that I paid for the second day. So I was there for 1 day and 6 hours (approximately) and they charged me for a third day to get out of the lot. Let me be clear, it say NOWHERE on their paperwork or fine print that if you are charged a second day and say you are only going to use a couple hours of that, but it goes over what you think it will be, you will be charged a whole extra day. They do not work with customers to show them where this is written or make things right. I will never park here again and think you should not either.

I can always count on Airport Center … I can always count on Airport Center parking to be there when I need them. A few months ago, I made the mistake of using one of their competitors - because that had a cheaper price advertised online - but when I went there to park my car, it took a VERY LONG time for me to find a place to park in their over-booked lot - and I almost missed my flight! I have never had any problems like that with Airport Center parking. :)

Outstanding experience Ease of access, frequent transfer service, courteous and helpful drivers and outstanding cashiers at check-out. The last thing one wants upon arrival after a long trip is a long wait for the shuttle followed by a challenging experience at the cashier. Airport Center's service folks are outstanding!

I used this facility on July 29 I used this facility on July 29, 2018. It was easy in and out for me, except I had trouble finding the entrance without sign from street. I called the office, they were helpful to direct me to parking lot entrance which is located in the alley way between the Crown Plaza and Airport Center . it would help if the entrance sign is more conspicuous. The shuttle service was good. I would definite recommend this facility.
