I would probably actually give it 4… I would probably actually give it 4 stars, but I think a lot of people give this place a low rating because they don't follow instructions. Parking spots are a little bit small, but the price is reasonable and the shuttle service is fairly responsive. We had no problem finding a parking spot. We parked and left our car around 5am and there was a shuttle ready for us. On the way back we called for a shuttle and it arrived shortly after. If you reserve the spot beforehand online (as we did), you should bring the printed proof of the final cost just in case, but when we went to pay it was less than the price originally listed, so the worker kindly gave us the cheaper price. Would definitely use it again

You guys are awesome You guys are awesome. Near the airport, shuttle is always waiting at the parking garage to take me to the airport. And the shuttle is there to pick me up at the terminal within minutes of calling. Your price is competitive and by making reservations and using the discounts I always get a great deal compared to other parking locations. Keep up the great work!

charged for 3 days for 30 hours Add on after the review was posted: Manger Ray reviewed the facts and agreed with me to refund the additional charges. Also said he was going to work with his IT group to adjust charging logic in their system. I appreciate his quick review and correction. I was clearly charged for 2 days. The fine print states that Airport Center?s rates and fees are charged on a daily basis. When your travel goes into the next day, you are charged another full day. Your credit card will be charged in full when you confirm your reservation. No refund will be issued for unused days. I was charged for 2 days, when I was going to be there for 1 day and 4 hours. My flight was delayed I was 2 hours past the 4 hours that I paid for the second day. So I was there for 1 day and 6 hours (approximately) and they charged me for a third day to get out of the lot. Let me be clear, it say NOWHERE on their paperwork or fine print that if you are charged a second day and say you are only going to use a couple hours of that, but it goes over what you think it will be, you will be charged a whole extra day. They do not work with customers to show them where this is written or make things right. I will never park here again and think you should not either.

Great location. Everything else not so great. The parking place is wonderful. Sometimes it is hard to find a parking spot even though one has been reserved. My dissatisfaction is when you return home the shuttle back to the parking site usually takes a hour or more and that with you calling for pickup. Also my other dissatisfaction with them of recent nature is when shuttle dropping you off, they go to arrivals and go to every single terminal for pickup and drop-off at the same time. What a stressful situation for the individuals who need to get to the airport, drop stuff off and go through security. I used to love them. I no longer use this parking spot unless absolutely no other choice. This is after many years of using this place.

No Parking Spaces Left The 3 star rating is due to the difficulty I had locating a parking space. I drove the entire parking structure and managed to find a space because an airport worker could not remember where he parked. He rode with me until his car was located and I parked in his space. I had no other issues. The shuttle arrived shortly after I called around 10:30pm. Lighting was good and elevator worked this time.
